The UND Center for Family Medicine is part of the Department of Family and Community Medicine at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine & Health Sciences. All our faculty physicians are Board Certified Family Practitioners. Faculty members of the UND School of Medicine supervise residents who have earned their Doctorate of Medicine degree and are specializing in Family Medicine.

Kristin Melby FNP, joined the UND Center for Family Medicine in September 2013. Kristin's practice centers on dermatology conditions, women and teen health. An accomplished Certified Family Nurse Practitioner since 1998, Kristin has over 15 years of experience in providing care to patients of all ages. Kristin earned her Bachelor and Master of Nursing degrees from the University of Mary. She recently worked in the walk in clinic setting and was the Director of the Center for Women. Kristin and her husband enjoy their four children and attending all their activities. She enjoys yoga, exercise, church functions and the outdoors. Kristin is looking forward to providing care for our patients and their families.
